This is a key national leadership position that will shape and govern the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective services across Physiotherapy, Clinical Fitness, GP services, and Health Assessments. You'll develop the frameworks and assurance structures that ensure we exceed both regulatory requirements and patient expectations. Your work will be central to our transformation agenda, with a strong focus on quality improvement, operational sustainability, and connected health pathways.
As the Head of Clinical Services (Primary Care) you will:

Lead quality governance and assurance across all Primary Care services.

Develop and implement national frameworks for safe, evidence-based care.

Drive the Primary Care Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) to achieve key outcomes.

Analyse data from incidents, audits, feedback, and outcomes to inform improvements.

Build strong relationships with internal leaders and external regulators (CQC, HIS, HIW).

Oversee assurance reviews and produce high-quality reports for clinical leadership.

Champion the use and development of RADAR, QMS, and other quality systems.

Support clinical leaders with compliance, inspections, and continuous improvement.

Facilitate quarterly governance meetings with clinical and operational managers.

Guide resolution of serious incidents and complaints, embedding learning.

Coach and develop Clinic Managers and future clinical leaders.

Support recruitment, induction, and development of clinical staff.

Collaborate with Procurement on clinical product and service standards.

Oxfam is looking for a Finance Officer to compliment and support the finance team for a duration of four (4) months, the Finance Officer will undertake specific tasks in support of the finance functions as follows:
Maintain Financial Information System:
- Checks accuracy, completeness of supporting documentation and validity of financial data before posting into people soft.
- Reviews payment vouchers to ensure that correct budget codes are charged, and approvals have been made with appropriate delegated authority.
- Upload transactions in the general ledger.
- Generate finance reports - preparation and timely submission of project financial reports, month end bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Analysis Financial data for upward decision making.
Reinforcement of Internal Controls:
- Reviews and maintains financial management and internal controls systems in the office to maintain the financial integrity of Oxfam.

Partner development and capacity building:

Purpose of the role:
Using a whole family approach, the Family Cohesion Worker will work in both Refuge and Outreach community settings to work holistically with families who are, or have, suffered from the effects of domestic abuse and violence. The work will involve supporting children, young people and parents to rebuild their family units and recover from the trauma they have experienced. The Worker will help parents to understand the child’s or young person’s position, whilst working with the child or young person to improve their wellbeing and resilience and providing strategies for both the child and parent to manage challenging behaviours. Identifying and assisting with safeguarding issues is a key part of this role.
Key skills:
- Proven ability to understand the impact of trauma and the complexities around domestic abuse
- Experience of working with families where the family unit has broken down, and using creative and proven strategies to support the rebuilding of their relationship
- Proven ability to support families with complex issues including challenging behaviour, mental health issues, self-harm, drug or alcohol abuse and risk-taking behaviour

Due to the nature of the service, applicants should live within the local area or within a short commute.

We deliver our work through the creation of Big Noise programmes within communities, and currently run six programmes in Wester Hailes in Edinburgh, Raploch & Fallin in Stirling, Govanhill in Glasgow, Torry in Aberdeen and Douglas in Dundee.
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our organisation as part of the dynamic team in Big Noise Wester Hailes, delivering a visionary, socially driven children’s orchestra centre. Big Noise Wester Hailes runs an after-school programme 4 days a week during term time and a holiday school 4 days a week during the Easter, summer and October holidays. The principal duties of a Support Worker at Big Noise Wester Hailes are to support Big Noise musicians as they deliver the after-school programme; participating in sessions, modelling engagement and attention for the children whilst building strong relationships with the children and families to assist them in maximising their potential.
This is a permanent post, working 7 hours per week during school term time only (40 weeks of the year) with hours worked across a combination of Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons. The exact working pattern will be agreed with the appointed candidate.

- Planning and delivering a diverse mix of walking, wheeling and cycling projects, as guided by your line manager.
- Working as the sole project officer or be part of a team working on larger projects. This could include working with the National Cycle Network team, Infrastructure team, Active Journeys team or Connected Communities team.
- Proactively involve volunteers in projects and activities wherever possible, including recruiting, training and providing ongoing support.
- Engaging with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders whilst undertaking project delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community — whether that’s leading walks, running Dr Bike sessions in schools, or co‑designing neighbourhoods with Urban Designers to help more people walk, wheel and cycle.
About you

- Experience managing small, clearly defined projects, or delivering specific work packages as part of a wider project.
- 3 years’ work experience working with schools and/or community groups, which may include voluntary work.

This role will require travel and work at locations as necessary to undertake projects on behalf of Walk Wheel Cycle Trust.
