Benefact Group are looking for a Workday Data Lead contractor (Outside IR35) for a 6 month contract in our Gloucester office.
Description of services:
Linked to a migration workstream, the Workday Data Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, designing, building, and executing all data conversion activities and data integrations required for the successful implementation of the Workday Finance ERP solution.
Objectives/deliverables

Lead the Workday data conversion lifecycle, including planning, governance, risk management, and coordination across all cycles

Design, build, and maintain automated data extraction, transformation, and loading processes using SQL, ETL tools, and Workday integrations (EIB, APIs)

Oversee source‑to‑Workday data mapping, ensuring accurate, repeatable extraction and compliance with Workday formatting and sequencing requirements

Drive data quality, validation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across all conversion activities

Acts as the central liaison for data conversion, collaborating with technical, functional, and testing teams, and managing final cutover readiness for go‑live

Complete the key task of fact finding to identify clients requirements and exposures.

Obtain quotations, using quotation systems, rating guides or by referring to insurers.

What You'll Be Doing
You will be joining our Elmbridge Team, a warm friendly and welcoming group, to provide a high-quality service to our clients in Walton on Thames, Molesey, Hersham, Thames Ditton, Hinchley Wood and Cobham. We currently support 65 clients with a range of needs. Our clients include individuals who are homeless, some with mental health issues, those in recovery from substance misuse, and young people.
A little more about your day as a Housing & Support Officer:
- Act as a keyworker to clients, helping them achieve their goals and live independently.
- Family mediation and support, bringing families back together.
- Working with a community of professionals to support the right outcomes.
- Problem solving together and debriefs sharing our experiences and learning as a team.
- Support clients with repair issues and repayment agreements for rent arrears.
- Carry out room inspections, health and safety checks and making rooms homely for new residents.
It is an exciting time to our Elmbridge Team as you’ll also be involved in planning and running our extra-curricular workshops which range from sport activities such as basketball, table tennis and boxing, to relaxation sessions including yoga and meditation. At Turning Point, we support people with Learning Disabilities across England.
As a Support Worker, you will make a real difference to residents' lives as you improve their daily living skills. Passionate about people, you will enjoy the scope and support to enhance your own life and career too, as you gain the experience and training you need to progress with us.
Where will I be working?
As a Support Worker you will be supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism in their own homes within our supported living team. We support people across the Wakefield district but initially you will be allocated to teams operating in the Wrenthorpe and Lupset areas. We are looking for a female support worker who preferably has a UK license to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
You will be required to provide a person-centred approach in all aspects of the role, including supporting people to manage their home, with their mobility, with some personal care, accessing their local community facilities, and maintaining contact with other important people in their lives. We tailor our services to enable people to be as independent as possible, to find enjoyment, and to be healthy and safe.
We use a digital social care record system, to support daily recording, which will make your day-to-day tasks easier and allows you to spend more time with the People We Support.
Shift Patterns
This is a 24 hour service, therefore flexibility is essential. You will be working a range of shifts from 7:00am to 2:00/3:00pm and 2:00/3:00 pm to 9:00/10:00pm, sleep ins or waking nights, some weekends.

What will I be doing?
This is a hands-on job in which no two days are the same. Your duties will include:
- promoting the independence of people we support
- supporting a full range of daily activities including cleaning and cooking, days out or going away on holiday
- arranging activities in the home and in the local community
- developing residents' life skills and personal interests
- helping residents stay safe and healthy
- assisting with personal care needs
- manual handling
- supporting people with medication
- ensuring record keeping is maintained to the required standard at all times and contributing to service monitoring requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
What skills and qualities do I need to have?
Whilst knowledge of learning disabilities and complex needs would be beneficial, it isn't essential. What is essential is that you are:
- passionate, caring and enthusiastic
- flexible, patient and non-judgemental
- a great team player with lots of energy
- able to demonstrate good communication skills
- able to complete the physical aspects of the role such as manual handling where needed
- transferable experience of helping people to manage anxiety
