About the Role
Are you a kind, patient, person and passionate about making a real difference in children’s lives? We’re looking for a dedicated Care and Support Workers to join our close-knit team supporting children with epilepsy and complex medical and developmental needs.
As a Care Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in empowering individuals across both our Children’s Homes (ages 5–19). You’ll build strong, respectful relationships and provide high-quality, person-centred support that helps people grow in confidence, develop skills, and discover joy in everyday experiences.
What you’ll do
- Support individuals in their personal care, wellbeing and day-to-day routines
- Encourage participation in daily life, education, community activities and fun experiences like swimming, shopping, baking, cinema trips and day outings
- Supporting children in school, play, and therapy activities, recording progress and achievements in line with care and safeguarding requirements.
- Work flexibly as part of a wider team including education staff, therapists, nurses and families
- Follow clear support plans and behaviour support strategies to promote safety and dignity at all times

About the Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Quality Assurance Manager will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the quality and safety of care delivered across our residential School and College services.

We are now seeking an inspiring Qualifications Manager to join our learning and development team and lead our in-house qualifications programme.
The Role
This is a key role, reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, with accountability for the planning, delivery and quality assurance of professional qualifications across St Elizabeth’s.
You will:
- Lead the delivery of internal RQF qualifications, including the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
- Manage, support and inspire a team of Assessors and Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs).
- Ensure robust compliance with awarding body and regulatory frameworks.
- Track learner progress, analyse achievement rates, and report on outcomes to senior leadership.
- Promote qualifications as a core part of workforce development across care, education, and supported living.
- Champion a culture of continuous professional development across St Elizabeth’s.
About You
You will bring both technical expertise and leadership ability, with a passion for workforce development and improving practice. Specifically, you will have:
- An Assessor qualification (CAVA, A1, D32/33 or equivalent).
- An Internal Quality Assurer qualification (V1, D34 or equivalent/experience).
- Experience of managing qualification programmes and supporting Assessors/IQAs.
- Strong knowledge of RQF frameworks and awarding body requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in residential childcare, education, or social care.
- Familiarity with Ofsted and CQC requirements.
- A management or higher-level professional qualification.

About the Role
As a Bank Assistant Manager, you will provide flexible support to our Retail Managers, working alongside a dedicated team of volunteers to deliver excellent customer service to ensure everything runs smoothly when cover is needed.

The Role
As a Paediatric Nurse, you’ll play a vital part in providing specialist, person-centred nursing care to children and young adults with epilepsy and other complex needs.

What You’ll Do
- Work flexibly 5 days a week to support the nursing rota, shifts include: -

- Support seizure management and the safe administration of rescue medication.

About the Role

From administering personal care with dignity, to providing emotional reassurance, monitoring wellbeing, and keeping the home tidy and peaceful — your presence will help each child feel secure and supported while they sleep.

Management Accountant - Accountants and Contracts

We support children, young people and adults living with epilepsy, learning disabilities and complex health needs — and everything we do is centred on helping each person live life to the full.
Our Finance Team plays a vital role in making this happen. We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Management Accountant to join our friendly, collaborative, and high-performing team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be at the heart of our financial operations — delivering high-quality management accounts, insightful reporting and expert support that helps our leaders make sound, informed decisions.

What you’ll be doing
As our Management Accountant, you will:
- Produce accurate monthly management accounts with meaningful insight and analysis.
- Maintain robust Balance Sheet reconciliations and cash flow forecasting.
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns and maintain restricted fund balances.
- Prepare and apply pricing models, support contract negotiations, and manage debt recovery.
- Work closely with budget holders to strengthen financial understanding and accountability.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial planning.
- Contribute to year-end processes, external audits, and statutory reporting.
- Help drive improvements to our systems, reporting and financial controls.
- Collaborate with a brilliant Finance Team and wider operational colleagues.

About you
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or other CCAB body)
- Experience producing management accounts with supporting analysis.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence with financial systems
- A proactive, solution-focused approach and high attention to detail
- The ability to explain finance clearly to non-finance colleagues.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to accuracy and collaboration
Experience within a charity, education or health environment is helpful but not essential — we’re far more interested in your potential, professionalism, and passion for working within a purpose-led organisation.
