The post-holder will work closely with and report to the Operations Manager across the range of activities covered by the post.
- Deliver engaging upholstery training sessions (beginner to intermediate level)
- Demonstrate upholstery techniques, including stripping, padding, and covering
- Support and guide learners through practical projects
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised workshop environment
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly
