We aim to quickly find realistic accommodation options for everyone we find sleeping on the streets. • Manage a caseload of clients, and work alongside them to develop robust plans to end their rough sleeping.
  • Work alongside statutory and partner agencies to ensure that clients have the necessary support to access and sustain accommodation.
  • Work within databases to accurately record completed work
  • Work independently and be accountable to managers and the wider team

You will have:

  • Experience in providing a flexible and responsive service to people with experience of rough sleeping and homelessness.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with partners.
  • A commitment to supporting people to achieve the best outcomes as they work towards independence.
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
