Are you caring and compassionate? Are you passionate about supporting people to live the life they choose?
We're looking for a Support Worker to join our team at Sense Hub Caerphilly, offering £13 per hour on a 16–30 hour per week contract, with evening and weekend work included. A full UK driving licence and use of your own car is essential for this role.
At Sense, we don't just provide care, we champion independence. Our fully accessible Hub has been at the heart of the Caerphilly community since 2015, supporting individuals with sensory and complex disabilities.
Our day service offers a huge range of activities both at the Hub and out in the community, with a focus on helping individuals build new skills, confidence and communication. From art and music to cooking, pamper sessions and community trips; no two days will be the same.
This role might include supporting people with:
- Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning
- Personal care and hygiene
- Finances and medication
- Going into the community for shopping, restaurants or other trips
- Their social life and nightlife
Who we're looking for
You don't need previous experience as we provide full training. What matters most is your attitude and values. We'd love to hear from you if you are:

- Caring and empathetic
- Passionate about enhancing other people's lives
- A supportive team player who can help coach others
- Willing to attend training and develop in your role
- A confident driver with a full UK driving licence and use of your own car
