Could you be our next support worker?

We are looking for a Support Worker to join our small Supported Living Service in Louth, supporting people with sensory loss and learning disabilities to live independently. This is a permanent position offering 7.5 hours per week at £13.00 per hour, with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews, across a variety of shifts.

This role might include supporting people with:

  • Everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping
  • Personal care and hygiene
  • Finances and medication management
  • Community trips, appointments, and days out
  • Their social lives and activities

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Compassionate, patient, and resilient
  • Comfortable with lone working
  • Flexible and adaptable to the varying needs of the people you support
  • Passionate about enhancing the lives of the people they support

Experience is welcome but not essential; what matters most is the right values and attitude.
