We’re looking for motivated Supervised Contact Centre Facilitators to join our dedicated team on a sessional or permanent basis, working school hours to suit your lifestyle. We can offer family-friendly, school-hours patterns that will enable you to develop your knowledge, confidence and skills.

We are looking for warm, caring and child-focused individuals who are calm and assertive.

The role focuses on supervising and observing interactions between parents and their children, recognising strengths, needs and moments of connection, and supporting families to build positive, lasting memories together. You will also be required to ensure that children are safe during their family time sessions with their parents/ carers.

The role requires excellent written English, as clear, accurate and reflective recording is essential, and strong IT skills, as all observations, session notes and reports are completed using electronic recording systems.

Main Responsibilities:
• Support the delivery of safe and effective supervised Family Time sessions.
• Assess the quality of parenting observed during the supervised Family Time and use this evidence to complete reports as required by the court or social worker.

Main Requirements (for details check the job description and person specification):
• Educated to Level 3 or above with a recognised professional qualification in social work, health, education, or equivalent.
• Practical experience of working with and supporting children, young people and their families.
• Appointments are subject to Family Action receiving a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service – Enhanced with Children’s Barred List
