As an Student Voice Assistant, you will be supporting our Student Rep system with recruiting Student Reps and providing administrative assistance to support Student Rep's feedback.
What experience do you need?
No previous experience is required for this position, however an understanding of Microsoft Office applications is desirable, as well as strong communication skills.
What you will need to do:
- Support the recruitment and engagement of Course Reps, Lead Reps, and PGR Reps
- Support the effective operation of the Student Representation System through effective communication and collaboration with university stakeholders
- Provide administrative and operational support for the Student Representation System

Pay
£13.45 per hour (Grade A)
Hours
Casual contract with flexible hours, up to a maximum of 20 hours per week, depending on business need and student timetable availability.
Deadline

Interviews
Shortlisting will take place on the week commencing Monday 1st June, with interviews taking place from Monday 8th June.
As we are expecting a high number of applicants, we will only be able to inform successful candidates. If you haven't heard back from us by Monday 8th June, it is likely your application has been unsuccesful.
Interviews are typically 30 minutes in length with the manager of the department. There will be various questions to help us identify that you have the skills and personal attributes that we value in our student staff. Online interviews can be offered.
