STUDENT ENGAGEMENT AND SUPPORT COORDINATOR

30 HOURS PER WEEK - PERMANENT

£32,080 - £34,610 PER ANNUM PRO RATA

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Student Engagement and Support team within the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. We are seeking a proactive leader who embraces change and thrives in a deadline driven environment. Duties include: leading and managing the Student Engagement and Support team to ensure a high-quality delivery of service to students and staff; providing operational support to the Faculty Student Engagement Manager; leading on designated projects and initiatives to enhance student engagement across the Faculty.

What we're looking for:

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience
• Proven managerial skills
• Experience in leading teams or project-based work, with a focus on process improvement

The successful candidate will also have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and confidence using IT systems such as Microsoft Office and reporting tools. The ability to prioritise a varied workload, work independently and collaboratively, and deliver a high-quality service is essential. Office based role.
