We are recruiting a Senior People Workstream Lead to join our Digital Transformation Programme (DTP) for up to 18 months. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our HR digital transformation, working alongside a dedicated team to lead and deliver a programme that will redefine how we support our people.

About you

You are an experienced, credible people leader who thrives at the intersection of HR, digital and transformation. You bring:

  • A relevant degree, CIPD qualification, or equivalent professional experience
  • A strong track record of aligning HR technology with service delivery models to improve efficiency, quality and user experience.
  • Proven experience establishing governance, controls and risk management for HR systems, including data protection and security compliance.
  • The confidence and credibility to influence senior leaders across People, Digital and operational functions.
  • Experience leading transformation, continuous improvement and process standardisation initiatives.
  • The ability to turn HR data and insight into meaningful decisions that drive performance and strategic outcomes.

Desirable Experience 

You may also have experience of:

  • Leading or managing HR shared services or service delivery models
  • Previous Workday implementations or major transformation programmes
  • Knowledge of IT service management practices (incident, change and release management)
  • Working in complex or highly regulated environments
  • Holding a project and/or change management qualification and/or relevant experience (e.g. PRINCE)
