Job description: The job will include the following elements:
– management of a significant caseload utilising paralegal support efficiently
– providing consultancy to other team members
– peer checks of completed immigration applications
– research into legislative changes and dissemination of information to team members
– opportunity for a proportion of caseload to be Pro Bono work
Person specification: the ideal candidate will demonstrate:
– in depth legal knowledge and experience spanning a range of immigration applications, including working with corporate clients
– excellent communication skills, both with clients and colleagues
– a cooperative attitude, working within a supportive environment that prizes positivity and teamwork
– an efficient method of working balanced with a close eye for detail
– a pleasant character, able to work efficiently and calmly under pressure
