Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager
About the role
This role supports ENB’s mission by growing corporate fundraising and developing strong, long‑term relationships with corporate supporters. You’ll lead on new business development and help secure new partners, while stewarding existing donors, ensuring they feel valued and connected to ENB’s work. You’ll make sure every collaboration delivers meaningful impact and runs efficiently. Working closely with colleagues, you’ll explore new opportunities for support and guide the Corporate Partnerships Account Manager as part of a committed and collaborative fundraising team.
Please note that this role is part-time and we are open to either 3 or 4 days per week.
Your
main responsibilitiesas
Senior Corporate Partnerships Managerwill include:
- Ensure corporate giving achieves its target, by focussing on securing new partners, while also ensuring we retain current partners.
- Be responsible for leading on the development and delivery of a sustainable corporate portfolio, identifying and cultivating corporate leads, whilst supporting the Head of Trusts and Corporates in securing new partnerships.
- Support the Head of Trusts and Corporates to negotiate headline sponsorships and major brand partnerships, to ensure ENB is maximising opportunities with a unified approach across the Company.
- Support direct reports through regular 1:1’s and providing pastoral care and ensuring a high standard of output, professional behaviour and resource management.
- Ensure all partnerships and projects are monitored and evaluated in line with partners’ expectations and partnership objectives, working with relevant colleagues to produce high quality reports on the impact of the investment.
- Internally, be a strong advocate for Corporate Partnerships and ensure that Marketing, Artistic and Engagement are integral to the creation of new corporate propositions.
- Stay informed about best practices and current developments relevant to the role and the sector, implementing new strategies as appropriate.
Key Selection Criteria
- Demonstrable corporate partnership experience in the cultural sector, or in a media/commercial setting, with a track record in identifying corporate partnerships, cultivating approaches, and helping to secure new deals.
- Experience of activating partnerships, translating creative work into compelling corporate propositions that inspire and engage corporate supporters.
- Strong understanding of strategic business partnerships, social responsibility alignment, sponsorship, and employee engagement.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the gravitas to be reputationally mindful in an external setting, and the ability to make well-considered partner and Company related decisions through good influencing and negotiation.
- Strong financial acumen, the ability to demonstrate value for money in proposals, negotiations and reports, and a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and managing income and expenditure budgets.
- Experience of managing staff, with the ability to realise and develop colleagues’ potential.
