About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children and young adults can thrive, develop independence, and enjoy engaging daily experiences.

  • Opportunity to meet our dedicated care professionals

Candidates who are successful on the day will be invited to attend formal interviews taking place on the week commencing Monday 27th July .

What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others
  • Ability to work full time, 37.5 hours per week, including weekend work
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Resilience and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to complete level 4 qualification
