This role is centred around helping people regain independence, confidence, and stability during difficult periods in their lives. Working as part of a rota-based team, you will provide compassionate and person-centred support while helping individuals work towards their personal recovery goals.
Waythrough was formed in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. The organisation specialises in mental health, alcohol, drugs, gambling, and related support services, with a vision to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing the support they need to live fulfilling lives.

- Contribute to creating a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment for recovery.
