Purchases and Administration Assistant
Full Year Role - 25 hours per week, 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday Salary: £26,509 per annum

This role provides detail-oriented finance support to ensure the smooth delivery of business-critical payment processes, maintain accurate financial records, and deliver excellent customer service.

Working under the direction of the Senior Finance Manager, the post-holder will be responsible for managing the School’s payments to all suppliers of goods and services (purchase ledger) in a timely manner, ensuring payments are processed accurately, efficiently, and correctly recorded. The role also includes providing regular spend reports to departments, maintaining key information processes, contributing to continuous process improvement, and supporting high standards of customer service through effective communication and responsive administrative support to colleagues and suppliers.
