RYDAL PENRHOS SCHOOL
POOL LIFEGUARD
Rydal Penrhos School seeks to appoint flexible and enthusiastic Pool Lifeguards on a casual hours basis to ensure the safety of pool users in our busy indoor swimming pool.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a current National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
Hours
Candidates must be available to work varying shifts. Some weekend work is essential.
Duties
Particular tasks attached to the post are as follows:
Ensure a safe and secure environment for pool users
Deliver the highest standard of customer service
Ensure the security of the school’s property
Carry out general tasks including routine cleaning duties
Take possession of keys to open and close the swimming pool if required
Attend training and development sessions to ensure Health & Safety competence
Please note that successful candidates will be required to attend lifeguard training which is normally held onsite at 0600 hours on the first Wednesday or Thursday of each month
