We are recruiting a PMO Resource & Cost Management Analyst to join our Digital Transformation Programme (DTP) for up to 18 months. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our Digital Transformation Programme, supporting it’s successful delivery so that the charity is able to provide it’s core services efficiently and effectively.

About the Role
As our new PMO Resource & Cost Management Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of the Digital Transformation Programme by providing robust resource management, financial tracking and project cost accounting support across the programme.
You will ensure that programme and project leaders have accurate, timely and meaningful information to support effective decision making, planning and governance. Working closely with Project Managers, Workstream Leads, Finance, Portfolio Office and other key stakeholders to strengthen programme control, you will improve visibility and support disciplined delivery.
About you
This is an excellent opportunity to play a central role in supporting a significant digital transformation programme, helping to strengthen delivery control, improve decision making and enable successful outcomes across a complex portfolio of change.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A Project Management qualification (Prince 2, Agile/Scrum certification etc)
- Excellent understanding of project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Experience using tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Planview, Monday.com, SAP or Oracle.Experience working in a PMO, project support, programme support or portfolio environment.
- Experience of supporting resource planning, resource tracking or workforce planning within a project or programme setting.
- Excellent understanding of resource management principles and the challenges of coordinating demand across multiple projects.
- Excellent understanding of project financial management, including budget tracking, forecasting and variance analysis and hand on experience managing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly and accurately with strong experience of preparing and presenting clear management information for stakeholders.
- Experience of working in a structured project/programme environment with established governance and reporting requirements.
