We are looking for  a Marketing Manager (NT Live) to join the National Theatre's Digital team.  

The National Theatre Live marketing team provide marketing and sales leadership for global cinema releases. The Marketing Manager role will be responsible for leading creative marketing campaigns, ensuring strong sales by nurturing existing customers and attracting a wide range of new audiences.

The role line will hold key external relationships with media agencies, theatres, national and international distribution partners, and be a brand champion for the programmes in its responsibility. The post-holder will also contribute to department-wide initiatives for audience development work, access and strategies for engaging audiences online through digital content and social media.

You will work closely with colleagues in the Programming, Production, Distribution and NT Collection teams, as well as the Graphic Design Studio, Content Production Studio, Press and Development teams and external partner theatres, cinema chains as well as other stakeholders.

The successful candidates will have the following:  

  • Significant experience of developing and executing through-the-line commercial marketing campaigns in cultural, entertainment, film or cinema sectors.
  • Strong demonstrable experience of using data and insight to inform decision-making and measuring impact, with clear knowledge of technical marketing theory and strategy.
  • Impeccable accuracy of written and verbal English, including demonstratable experience of copywriting and proofreading.
  • Experience of building commercial relationships and managing a wide range of stakeholders, including agencies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with experience of working in a team and with wider colleagues to achieve targets and goals.
