We are looking for a Commercial Operations Sales Coordinator to join the National Theatre Enterprises Team.
As Commercial Operations Sales Coordinator (COSC), you will play a key role in achieving commercial targets through the implementation of the marketing & sales strategy for our diverse range of products within the Customer Experience and Commercial Operations directorate. The COSC works across the core areas of Theatreworks, Back Stage Tours, Filming/Photography hire, Publishing, and Retail with opportunities to work on ‘blockbuster’ events, as well as with world class brands, as and when they arise. We are looking for a Senior Producer to join the National Theatre Creative Studio Team.
Working under the direction of the Head of Creative Studio - Video, to create materials for a wide range of National Theatre projects but primarily focused on working on production key art, moving image and campaign content.
The Senior Producer will lead on Moving Image concepting and execution, originating new ideas and assets, the span of which is extremely broad, including large campaigns, small bespoke videos for the National Theatre and it’s social channels. This role helps set the benchmark for creative thinking and execution, inspiring the other members of the team and demonstrating best practice design skills.
The role means having overall responsibility for the execution of video projects – originating ideas, pitching right through to final delivery.

- An understanding of how to create and deliver work for social channels as well as an excellent understanding of social optimisation
- Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to manage and mentor junior members of the studio
- Demonstratable ability to think creatively and strategically about content and produce and/or oversee clear storyboard, script and concept documents

We are looking for a Production Manager to join the National Theatre Creative Studio Team.
Working under the direction of the Head of Creative Studio – Video, to ensure the successful delivery of all production aspects associated with the work of the Creative Studio.
The Production Manager, Creative Studio will lead on all areas of production in the preparation of, and on site for, video and image content produced by the Creative Studio; managing schedule and logistic details for shoots in coordination with Creative Studio Producers and Designers. This role helps set the benchmark for production standards, inspiring other members of the team and demonstrating best practice production.
The Creative Studio works on content for the whole organisation, including but not limited to the Marketing, Learning, Development, Enterprises, Press and Directors Office Departments. The Production Manager, Creative Studio will be involved in the communication from ideation to shoot and should ensure plans progress steadily through pre-production and production.
The position would suit a seasoned Production Coordinator ready to step-up to a senior level, or a current Production Manager looking for a chance to expand their experience.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Extensive experience managing production activity for film or content production; including producing necessary related risk assessments and production schedules.
- Excellent Health and Safety knowledge, up to date with current legislation relevant to the arts/entertainment industry
- Understanding of working across a complex organisation, developing strong relationships with a range of different department
- Proven ability to work under pressure to deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proven ability to deliver best practice production for high concept creative work, to budget.

We are looking for a Patrons Manager to join the National Theatre's busy Development team.
This is an opportunity to join the Individual Giving team, which raises money to support the National Theatre from individuals through tiered levels of membership (£84 - £12,000), appeals, one-off donations and legacies.
The Patrons Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of donors and prospects - identifying, soliciting and stewarding annual gifts from £1,000 and above. They will retain and increase support at these levels through a year-round programme of engagement and excellent relationship management.
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Previous experience in a fundraising capacity, and a proven track record of securing gifts of £1,000 or more from individuals
- Experience building relationships with supporters
- Experience of event administration and organisation
- Confident, articulate and persuasive both in person and in writing, including experience of writing copy
- Experience of line management and/or management of a project team.
- Strong organisational skills, with an ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload, meeting deadlines and with attention to detail

The Box Office Sales Assistant is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling ticket sales and enquiries. This role ensures a smooth and efficient ticketing experience for customers, both in person and via phone or online channels. They will also be responsible for the following: manage bookings, processing payments accurately, and providing information about shows, seating, and pricing.
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Demonstrable experience of working in a customer service role
- Proven experience of greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner and resolving customer interactions with a calm and confident approach.
