Marketing Manager, NT at Home
We are looking for a Marketing Manager, NT at Home to join the National Theatre's Digital team on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.
The Marketing Manager will own and manage campaigns and key projects to deliver subscriber growth, audience engagement and customer retention for National Theatre at Home, laddering to the Digital Department Business Plan.
The role plays a key part in day-to-day operations, campaign execution, platform management and delivery of key projects.
The role will work closely with the Senior Digital Manager and the NT at Home team to optimise marketing activity, act on insights and deliver key projects across the streaming service within scope and timeframes.
The role works collaboratively with internal teams across the NT including; Brand, Data and Insights, Programming, Creative Studio, and Production and Content, and plays a key role in bringing streamed theatre to global audiences.
The successful candidates will have the following:
- Experience of marketing campaign execution within a subscription business.
- Experience of working with a customer lifecycle and digital product
- Experience of creating and delivering impactful campaigns across owned, earned and paid activity.
- Experience of delivering against KPIs, from revenue and LTV to social media performance.
- Experience scoping and delivering key projects
