We are looking for an experienced HR professional with experience in delivering a first-class people service to staff and managers to join our HR team.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for staff and senior managers looking for employee relations advice. You will work on a variety of HR projects, as well as helping to ensure that the School meets all its regulatory, legislative and statutory requirements through effective HR administration and process implementation.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a professional HR role. You will have sound knowledge of employment law and its application in the workplace. You will also have previous experience of recruitment and selection processes and confidence working with data. You will be detail-oriented and able to work in an organised and methodical way and adjust your approach to a variety of different people and situations, working with discretion, tact and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
