What will the role look like?

Housing Navigators work in an outreach capacity supporting people who are or have been homeless and have a history of rough sleeping.

The Navigator for this role will support a larger caseload of individuals who require lower levels of intervention and present reduced risk. Using a person-centred approach, the role focuses on enabling people to strengthen their personal and social skills, build resilience, and sustain their tenancy to reduce the risk of repeat homelessness.

What we are looking for?

The successful candidate will have experience of working with people experiencing either homelessness, substance use, re-offending behaviour or mental ill-health needs. Please see the person specification for more information.
