Job Description
Housekeeper / Cleaner – MacIntyre
Join MacIntyre and help create clean, safe, and welcoming environments for the people we support. We are looking for a reliable, caring, and hardworking person who shares our values and wants to make a positive difference every day.
In this role, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our homes and learning environments, supporting the wellbeing, comfort, and safety of the people who draw on our support. Duties will include cleaning communal areas, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other designated spaces, as well as laundry duties, waste disposal, general tidying, and deep cleaning tasks.
You will work as part of a respectful and supportive team, following cleaning schedules, infection prevention procedures, COSHH regulations, and health & safety guidance. You will also be responsible for reporting any maintenance, safety, safeguarding, or supply concerns to your line manager.

Previous cleaning or care-sector experience is preferred, but full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Training and Development
