Do you have Advance degree in Gender Studies, Education, Social Development, or a related field.
Do you have a minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in gender and inclusion in education, including work in emergencies or fragile contexts.
Do you have proven expertise in gender transformative Education programming, teacher training, and education system strengthening.

Oxfam {affiliate/} is looking for Roving Gender Transformative Education and Inclusion Technical Advisor who:
Will provide strategic and technical leadership to integrate gender equality, inclusion, and conflict-sensitive approaches across all EFASS components in line with the GTE framework presented in the final proposal, shaping design, implementation, monitoring, evidence generation and policy engagement. The Advisor will also support and oversee direct implementation of key education models in the selected state.
An ideal candidate for the role should have:
- Demonstrated experience in disability inclusion approaches within education programmes.
- Experience with gender analysis, gender action learning and conflict sensitive approaches
- Experience with providing technical support/advice in education across project portfolios and levels, and/or within consortia
- Experience working with government systems (preferably MoGEI, MGCSW or equivalent) and managing or supporting donor-funded programmes (e.g., FCDO, GPE, ECW).
- Proven experience in strengthening capacity, mentoring and supporting technical teams at national/sub-national levels
