تبحث أوكسفام /اليمن (صنعاء) عن بستاني  لديه القدرة على انجاز المهام التالية:

• صيانة الحدائق والمساحات الخارجية (الزراعة، الري، التقليم) لضمان بيئة آمنة ومناسبة.
• تجهيز وصيانة التربة، مع الاستخدام المسؤول للأسمدة ومحسنات التربة.
• تنظيف وصيانة المساحات الخارجية والأسطح والساحات والألواح الشمسية وفق المعايير المتفق عليها.
• تشغيل وصيانة أدوات ومعدات البستنة بشكل آمن.
• الالتزام بإرشادات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، خاصة عند استخدام الأدوات أو المواد الكيميائية.
• دعم المهام الإدارية مثل نقل الأثاث أو تنظيم المخازن عند الحاجة.
• القيام بأي مهام أخرى يكلف بها المدير المباشر ومرتبطة بالوظيفة.

نبحث عن مرشح/مرشحة يهتم برسالة أوكسفام في إنهاء الفقر، ويتوافق شخصيًا  وقيمنا المتمثلة في التمكين، والمساءلة، والشمولية في كل ما يقوم به.

كما ينبغي أن يتوفر في المرشح/ة المثالي/ة لهذا الدور ما يلي / أو أن يكون:

• خبرة عملية لاتقل عن سنتين في أعمال البستنة.
• معرفة أساسية بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة.
• الالتزام والانضباط والقدرة على اتباع التعليمات.
• العمل بروح الفريق.

نظرا لطبيعة الوظيفة ستعطى الأولوية للمتقدمين اللذين مقر اقامتهم الدائم في صنعاء
