Fixed Term Contract: 6 July to 30 October 2026
BFI are looking for a Festival Marketing Coordinator to support the Festival Marketing team in the successful delivery of the 2026 BFI London Film Festival (LFF) marketing campaign and activities, in close collaboration with colleagues in marketing and other departments.
What you’ll do
- Lead the delivery of community partnerships and grassroots outreach and promotions, aligned with the BFI’s audience development and sales objectives, in collaboration with the Festival Marketing Advisors and Outreach Manager.
- In close collaboration with the Festivals and Membership Marketing Advisor and Festival venues (in London and around the UK), deliver impactful marketing campaigns to maximise brand presence, audience engagement and attendance.
- Support the Festival Marketing Advisor (Content and Engagement) and the Digital Marketing team in the delivery of the Festival’s email marketing campaigns.
What you’ll bring
- Professional marketing experience in film distribution or exhibition, or in an equivalent role at a cultural or media organisation.
- Proven track record of promoting and supporting diversity and inclusion, including delivering audience development activity.
- Computer literate and confident in working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel databases, Adobe Creative Cloud, Dropbox and project management tools such as Monday or Asana.
- Demonstrable professional experience producing audience-facing marketing communications and content, including copywriting and proofing, across email, web and social media.
