With the seafront just a few minutes' walk away, lovely gardens, and plenty of local cafés, this is a brilliant place to work. We support 6 adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live the life they choose; whether that's accessing the beach, strolling along the seafront, or enjoying cake and coffee at a favourite café.

Your priority will be empowering the people you support to live fulfilling, independent lives. No two days are the same.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting with everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning
  • Assisting with personal care and hygiene
  • Helping manage finances and medication
  • Getting out into the community for shopping, trips, and social activities

Who we're looking for:

  • Positive, with a can-do attitude
  • Caring and empathetic
  • Passionate about enhancing other people's lives
  • Willing to attend training to support you in your role

For genuine occupational reasons, we can only accept applications from female candidates (exemption under the Equality Act 2010, Part 1, Schedule 9).
