A fantastic opportunity to join our Children, Young People and Families team.
What will the role look like?
The role will be based within Barca’s Children and Young People’s Service but focused on family’s referred through by Headingley and Kirkstall Cluster.
The priority for the role is to ensure that families are helped to overcome barriers through focused interventions and family centred goals. This is particularly in relation to service users overcoming barriers which prevent or reduce engagement with learning and school.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience of working with vulnerable children and young people. They will also have experience of working within a whole family approach as well as the skills to manage a client caseload.
This post will be a fixed term contract until 31/03/2027.Salary - FTE - £27,000 - £29,050
Interviews will take place on 03 and 04 June 2026.
