Position
Join MSF UK, Glasgow's Face-to-Face Fundraising team and play a key role in supporting the people and operation that drive sustainable income for our humanitarian work around the world. This is a hands on role combining face to face fundraising support, recruitment, training coordination for face to face fundraisers. You will be joining a globally respected humanitarian organisation and have the opportunity to influence and grow a programme that is central to our income and impact.
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) - The work pattern for the role is either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
Duration: Fixed term - 12 months
Location: Glasgow – hybrid, 2 days per week Glasgow Office and various fundraising locations
Salary: £36,437.07 - £44,534.19 per annum | Salary is offered in line with our pay framework and typically starts at the entry point of the band. Salary increases are considered annually and are subject to our appraisal and performance review process.
Job Purpose:
To provide operational, administrative, and on-site support to the Glasgow Face-to-Face fundraising programme, contributing to the effective delivery and growth of MSF UK’s regular giving income.
The role supports the Face-to-Face Fundraising Manager with the day-to-day running of the programme, including rota planning, timesheet administration, team documentation, compliance processes, and the coordination of fundraising activities.
Working alongside fundraisers in the field, the coordinator provides practical support during fundraising activities, helping to maintain high standards of performance, supporter engagement, compliance
The coordinator also supports recruitment, shortlisting, onboarding, and training activities, ensuring new and existing fundraisers have the resources and both administrative and coaching support needed to perform effectively.
The role works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including recruitment agencies, site brokers, and venue contacts, to support the smooth operation of the fundraising programme.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Substantial experience fundraising, team leading or coaching in F2F fundraising context
- Excellent knowledge of F2F fundraising techniques and best practice
- Excellent working knowledge of Private Sites fundraising.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build collaborative relationships, rapport with supporters and work within a team environment.
- A proven track record of target achievement and commitment to meeting targets and deadlines.
- Excellent administration skills with the ability to complete the work efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate MSF’s work, carry out presentations and produce written documents to a high standard.
- Proven ability to work independently within a team environment.
- Flexibility to take on other related tasks combined with a willingness to learn.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Commitment to the aims and values of Médecins Sans Frontières.
- Ability and flexibility to travel in Scotland and the UK.
