Lucy Cavendish College is seeking to appoint a Development Officer (Fundraising).

The Development Officer (Fundraising) will use their exceptional fundraising, communication, and project management skills to support Lucy Cavendish College’s ambitious development objectives. They will play a leading role in shaping and delivering strategies to increase philanthropic participation, building and developing strong relationships with donors through a highly personalised approach.

The postholder will lead on community fundraising initiatives, including Giving Day-style appeals, the regular giving programme, and the recent alumni giving strategy, while supporting wider donor engagement and stewardship activity. They will create compelling fundraising communications and donor-focused content, ensuring the College’s philanthropic priorities and impact are communicated clearly and effectively to inspire support and long-term engagement.

The postholder will be proactive, collaborative and ambitious. With a positive and sociable outlook, you will be an exemplary ambassador for the College, with the ability to motivate prospects to support its pioneering mission.
