Creative Exchange Coordinator
The Creative Exchange Coordinator is a key role in supporting the delivery of the Theatre’s Creative Exchange programme, helping to connect communities across Greater Manchester with creative opportunities at the Theatre.
The post combines strong administrative responsibility with practical support for programme delivery, ensuring activities run smoothly and participants have a positive, inclusive experience.
The Coordinator leads on administrative systems and processes, managing ticket bookings, communications, and data. As the first point of contact for participants, they provide a high standard of customer service and maintain clear, professional communication across all activity.
The role also supports the delivery of workshops, events, and community projects, including preparing spaces, coordinating resources, and welcoming participants. Working closely with colleagues across Engagement, Marketing, and Artistic teams, the Coordinator contributes to audience development, recruitment, and the creation of promotional and educational content.
This is a varied and fast-paced position suited to a highly organised, proactive individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in theatre and community engagement.
