Want a flexible role with purpose?
We're looking for Community Support Workers to join our team across South and West Wales, providing personalised 1:1 support to people with sensory loss, learning disabilities and complex needs in their own homes and in the community.
We have vacancies across several locations including Cross Hands, Whitland and Maesteg. Hours and schedules vary by role and will be discussed at interview, making these opportunities ideal for anyone looking for flexible, part-time work that fits around their life.
A full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle with business insurance is essential for all roles. Knowledge of BSL or Makaton is desirable and a real advantage for some positions.
Comprehensive training is provided from day one.
Please note: some of our vacancies carry a genuine occupational requirement regarding gender under the Equality Act 2010 (Schedule 9). Details will be shared during the application process.
What we're looking for
- Warm, kind and patient; you put people at ease
- A good communicator who listens as much as they talk
- Enthusiastic about supporting people to live life on their own terms
- Flexible and reliable with a full UK driving licence
