Hyde Park Picture House are seeking Cinema Venue Coordinators

Cinema Venue Coordinators are the primary point of contact for audiences, guests, and partners, and serve customers at the box office/kiosk, ensuring that the highest standards of customer care are always maintained. They are responsible for the smooth opening, closing, and operation of the cinema. This involves working within a small team of Cinema Venue Coordinators, Services Coordinators, Projectionists, and Venue Volunteers to serve customers and maintain a friendly, clean, and efficient work environment.

Positions available: Two annualised hours contracts and some casual hours contracts (candidate dependent).

For annualised hours contracts, you will work up to 3 shifts per month from April to September, increasing in October to March as this is the busiest period. Shift lengths are 4 to 8hrs.

For casual contracts, you’ll be expected to work at least 1 shift per month.

  • You must be available to work October to March.
  • You must be able to work during educational holidays.
  • You must be able to work evenings and weekends as these are our peak times.
  • Candidates must be over 18. You will be required to serve alcohol.
