We’re looking for a Children and Young Peoples Worker to help grow and shape our work with young people— across the circuit (ie serving in two churches) and our wider community.

We serve a multi-cultural area in north west London with a strong sense of commitment to serving our congregations and community. This is a new role with space to develop it around your strengths. You’ll join a supportive team, with opportunities for further training.

The role includes:

  • Sunday and some evening work

  • One fixed day off per week

  • Face-to-face and community engagement in Notting Hill and Harlesden

You’ll need to:

  • Be a practicing Christian (this is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010)

  • Bring energy, initiative, and experience working with children, young people, or families

  • A willingness to try and inspire others to share the work
