Salary: £31,200 to £33,700 pa depending on qualifications and experience
Hours: 36 hours per week with 28 days holiday per annum
Start date: Commences 01 September 2026
We’re looking for a Children and Young Peoples Worker to help grow and shape our work with young people— across the circuit (ie serving in two churches) and our wider community.
We serve a multi-cultural area in north west London with a strong sense of commitment to serving our congregations and community. This is a new role with space to develop it around your strengths. You’ll join a supportive team, with opportunities for further training.
The role includes:
Sunday and some evening work
One fixed day off per week
Face-to-face and community engagement in Notting Hill and Harlesden
You’ll need to:
Be a practicing Christian (this is a genuine occupational requirement under the Equality Act 2010)
Bring energy, initiative, and experience working with children, young people, or families
A willingness to try and inspire others to share the work
