Bryanston has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Chef to join our team on a full time, year round basis.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Chef to join our talented brigade. During term time, you’ll play a key role in preparing and serving high‑quality meals for our pupils and staff, as well as supporting a wide variety of events—from BBQs to fine‑dining functions. Outside of term-time, Bryanston operates as a commercial centre, catering for an array of residential and non‑residential courses and events….no two days are ever the same!
This is a full‑time position, working 5 out of 7 days including weekend working according to a shift rota. We’re looking for someone who is a strong team player with excellent communication and organisation skills and—above all—a genuine passion for food. A solid understanding of food safety and allergens is essential. We welcome applications from chefs at all levels of experience.
