Post Title: Casual Customer Service Representative

Site Location: BH Live Active – Southampton sites

Salary: Up to £12.71 per hour

Contract Type: Casual

The role:

BH Live is recruiting for Casual Customer Service Representative to join our team, you will be based at our BH Live Active sites across Southampton, this includes The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex, Bitterne Leisure Centre and Chamberlayne Leisure Centre. You can either work across all three sites or be based at individual sites, please indicate your preference when you submit your application.

You will provide cover for holiday, absence cover and unfilled shifts. This role is great if you are looking for flexible part time, casual hours that can fit in around your life.

You will:

• Provide a great customer service experience to everyone who visits our centre
• Work towards assisting the centre in achieving its membership sales targets
• Administer and maintain our membership schemes
• Administer a booking system

You will need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good IT and administration skills
• An understanding of the importance of customer care
• Experience in dealing with customers

Due to the nature of our business hours of work will include weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
