Main job responsibilities:

  • Support budget monitoring and performance in line with business objectives

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Recent and relevant experience within housing, with a strong understanding of neighbourhood services
  • Experience of managing or supporting teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
  • Experience of partnership working with agencies, contractors and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of housing management legislation, regulation and operational practice
  • Experience of developing or implementing housing strategies, policies or service improvements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to support decision-making

In return, you will receive a competitive salary, 27 days annual leave plus Christmas shut down, a defined benefit pension scheme, health cash plan, a range of shopping and leisure discounts.

We are output focused and flexible and believe in giving colleagues the right balance of autonomy and support to enable them to work to their full potential.
