At Via, our mission is to provide the best health and wellbeing support to as many people as possible, helping them to change their lives for the better.

• Care. Care for people is at the heart of everything we do.

• Be human. We are accessible, genuine and humble. Always learning.

• Do the right thing. We’re open, honest and inclusive. We get things done.

We want to recruit the very best talent. We believe in nurturing a positive workplace culture where our colleagues feel valued, recognised, empowered, and supported.

What we’re looking for

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation.

We’re looking for a Receptionist and Administrator for our Redbridge service, based in central Ilford.

Our service receptionist-administrators are vital to ensuring that Via delivers caring, non-judgemental, welcoming, safe and high-quality support to people who use our services, their loved ones, and other professionals we work with.

Service administrators support a range of tasks and activities that ensure our services run effectively. This includes:

  • front-of-house support, welcoming visitors and service users and ensuring they feel respected and valued, and taking calls and messages.
  • administrative duties such as data entry and processing invoices
  • monitoring reception areas and notice boards to ensure they are pleasant, welcoming, and display up-to-date and required key information about the service.
  • maintaining strict information governance procedures when handling sensitive personal data.
  • being able to communicate empathically and non-judgementally with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and experiencing different challenges and complexities around their physical or mental health.

This is not just a job – you’ll help people rebuild their lives, reconnect with their family and friends, return to work or education, and much more.

We’re looking for individuals with compassion, good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

If you’re someone who is a good listener, stays curious, and wants to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
