As a HSSU Site Engineer you will:
- To maintain all building engineering services and decontamination equipment including Washer Disinfectors/Sterilisers/Trolley Washers and Ultrasonic machines in accordance with organizational requirements and statutory regulations
- Liaise with the Engineering Team Leader to ensure all testing schedules are adhered to and all standards are maintained Participate in a 1 in 2 365 days a year emergency on-call service, on-Call at 10% of hourly rate, salary depending on experience.

Carry out cleaning of cat pens, including litter trays, in the various sections of the centre
Feed and care for cats requiring additional medical or behavioural treatment as required. This also includes handling

Work with volunteers to coach and guide them on cat care duties

A full, manual driving license is essential as some driving of centre vans is required

Excellent customer service skills and experience of dealing with members of the public
Experience of animal welfare, including feeding, cleaning, medicating and handling and a high level of understanding of how to meet welfare needs of cats
Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations

We're looking to commission a researcher to map the disability funding landscape in the UK.
Trust for London is seeking a researcher or research team to map the disability funding landscape in the UK - to help build a clearer picture of where disability-related funding goes, how it’s targeted and where patterns of underfunding (particularly for DDPOs and disability justice) may be occurring.
What this project is for
Funding for disability justice in the UK remains significantly and systemically under-resourced. This research will provide a robust, replicable baseline that can be repeated approximately every three years, and will support stronger advocacy and improved funding practice across the sector.
What we’re looking to learn
We want the mapping to explore:
- What the UK disability sector looks like(numbers and types of organisations, size/structure, geographic spread, financial health)
- How much funding is going to the sector,from which sourcesandfor what purposes
- Funding patterns and distribution, including differences between:
- DDPOs vs non-DDPOs
- Services/support vs rights and disability justice
- Intersectionally-led organisations
- Key data gapsand what they mean for funders and the sector

The Early Years Lead Practitioner role is a steppingstone into more senior positions and will allow for leadership skills to be developed through direct and ongoing support from senior staff. Excellent leaderships skills are crucial for senior positions and the Early Years Lead Practitioner role will help develop these essential competencies.
The Early Years Lead Practitioner is a role suited to those with a good amount of practical experience within an early years setting, who is beginning to demonstrate ability to lead, support and nurture others within a team and is an excellent role model to others, including apprentices, volunteers and students. About the Role
We’re looking for Shared Lives Panel Volunteers to join our panel and help ensure Shared Lives carers meet Ategi’s high standards.
As a panel volunteer, you’ll review carer assessment and re-approval documents, take part in online panel meetings, and contribute your professional judgement to support fair, consistent decision-making. You’ll work alongside Ategi staff and fellow panel members in a respectful, collaborative environment.
This role plays a vital part in safeguarding and quality assurance within Shared Lives.

Who We’re Looking For

- Have experience in social care, Shared Lives, or supporting people with additional needs, or
- Are an experienced professional looking to stay connected to the sector, or
- Are studying for a Master’s or PhD in a related field, or
- Are a trainee social worker or early-career professional keen to build your experience

Key Responsibilities
- Read and review Shared Lives carer assessment and re-approval documents
- Take part in panel discussions and contribute informed views
