Shifts Available
We offer full-time roles across both day and night shifts:
Day Team Leader
5 days per week
Shifts between 7:00am – 9:30pm
Morning shift: 7:00am – 2:30pm
Afternoon shift: 2:00pm – 9:30pm
Includes alternate weekends
Night Team Leader
36 hours per week
3 x 12-hour shifts across Monday – Sunday
8:00pm – 8:00am or 9:00pm – 7:00am

Are you a plumber with some additional skills in your toolkit? Looking for a challenging, varied role where 2 days truly are never the same?
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be using your skills and experience to complete plumbing repair works in our properties across Hampshire, finding a first-fix solution at every opportunity.
As a multi skilled plumber, we’re looking for those extra skills in carpentry, wall tiling, and ideally vinyl flooring, although training can be provided and internally we will recognise you as a Level 2 Plumber.
You’ll be working in our void properties in our communities, so you’ll have a customer service focus with an inquisitive mind to get to the bottom of the problems. You’ll predominantly work alone but there is always someone on hand to support you where required.
Within the role you will -
- Install new domestic hot water systems or extensions to existing systems
- Complete plumbing works associated with kitchen, bathrooms including over bath showers and shower trays within agreed timescales and to a high standard.
- Liaise with merchants to obtain the correct materials to complete tasks.
- Keep daily appointments as arrange to ensure works are carried out within target dates and report areas of concern to the team Supervisor
About you
You’ll have a plumbing qualification, NVQ or equivalent or demonstrable time-served experience working in a plumbing role. You’ll be able to identify causes and specify materials required to rectify plumbing issues. You will also have additional skills such as carpentry.
You’ll be working in a team of operatives, delivering excellent customer service working together to improve our customers homes. Teamwork and collaboration are essential to get the job done.
You’ll be working in our communities, so being happy to communicate with both customers and colleagues will be really important. You’ll take pride in your customer service and endeavour to first fix at every opportunity.
We will supply a company vehicle to get you around, so you’ll need a full, UK driving licence. You’ll need to be willing and able to take part in an out of hours rota. You’ll also be willing and able to comply with facefit regulations.

We are looking for a qualified plumber to join our Dorset team.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be using your skills and experience to complete plumbing repair works in our properties across Dorset, supporting the team to find a first-fix solution at every opportunity.

About you

The Vacancy
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and customer-focused Independent Living Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to our Independent Living team.
This is a vital role at the heart of the service. You will often be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders, helping to deliver a responsive, adaptable, and supportive service while building strong working relationships across the organisation and with external partners.
You will play a key role in enabling officers to carry out their operational work, truly acting as the glue that holds the team together.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative service to the Independent Living team, including diary management, booking appointments, and supporting customer enquiries
- Act as a first point of contact, dealing with enquiries face to face, by telephone, email, and letter
- Carry out neighbourhood inspections, health and safety checks, and routine visits when required
- Manage change of tenancy requests and permissions
- Accurately maintain records, databases, and administrative systems
- Order equipment and manage invoicing and purchase orders for the service

- Identify and report safeguarding concerns in line with policy and procedure
- Provide administrative support for project-based work

What you’ll be doing
You’ve probably guessed, and you’re right, you’ll be completing painting and decorating repairs start to finish including identifying any underlying issues and completing decoration to a high standard.
You’ll be working in our customers properties within our communities, so you’ll have a customer service focus with an inquisitive mind to get to the bottom of the problems.
At times you'll be supporting the work our damp and mould teams are completing to ensure that homes are at a suitable standard. A key requirement of the damp and mould team will be the swift removal of mould and the appropriate treatment applied. Appropriate PPE and guidance will be given.
About you
You’ll have a painter and decorating qualification, NVQ or similar or have a proven track record of working in this field.
You’ll be able to identify causes and specify materials required to rectify painting and decorating issues.
You’ll be working with a variety of teams and communicating with them regularly, so you’ll be confident in managing expectations of both internal and external customers.
You’ll have a company vehicle, so you’ll need a full UK manual driving licence.

The Vacancy
Are you passionate about ensuring colleagues have the right skills to do their job? As our Systems & Integration Training Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading our training offer that supports effective and streamlined integration, Dynamics activity and systems-based training.

What will you be responsible for? You will be:
- Working with your senior leader to assume responsibility for ensuring all training that colleagues require on our internal systems is embedded in the LMS, reflecting the requirements of the roles it is assigned to
- Working with our customer services teams to ensure all trade related systems-based training is relevant and fit for purpose

About you
You will come to the role with experience in developing, designing and delivering training programmes and interventions across multi-disciplinary teams on a variety of subject areas.
You’ll likely hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification and relevant learning and development or training qualifications.
You will be an experienced leader, with a natural coaching style that you draw on to develop your team.
Your experience will demonstrate your ability to:

The Vacancy
You'll be working at East Boro Housing, Care and Support Trust, as part of the Aster Group. As an overnight on-site Support Worker, you’ll help to provide a secure, happy and supportive environment within Cranford Avenue in Weymouth. You’ll live on site as a sleep in Support Worker, where 8 of our service users reside, ensuring an environment that is clean, tidy, warm and inviting.
As a Night Support Worker and premise Caretaker, you will work from 10pm to 8.30am 5 nights per week.
This is a sleep in role where you will be sleeping in your own flat providing on call service to 8 residents in Cranford Ave for 5 nights a week for £30.00 per sleeping night. The flat is attached to Cranford Avenue, as part of the tied accommodation. This is tied accommodation where rent is payable at a discounted rate and will be discussed in more detail at interview.

What you’ll be doing
