Support Workers – £11.44 per hour (under review) plus £62.30 sleep in allowance

- Have worked with Autistic adults, but not essential as full training provided
- Have a high level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery
- Have a level of fitness that enables participation in activities as part of agreed programmes
- Although not essential, a clean driving license would be advantageous

We are looking to recruit support staff to work in our services in Kenton, Newcastle. Burnfoot Court in Kenton, is a purpose built core and cluster development providing Independent Supported Living Services to people on the autism spectrum and who have complex needs.

Support Workers
Come join our friendly, experience team at Lawreth, a small specialised service supporting two adult men with autism, learning disabilities, OCD behaviours and complex needs. You will provide 24 hour person centred support as part of a team, including 12 hour day shifts and waking nights, helping people develop independence, daily
living skills and confidence. The role includes some
personal care, delivered with dignity and respect.
Residents enjoy active, meaningful lives with
community outings, day trips, National Trust visits
and ESPA’s educational and vocational opportunities.
