ESPA is an established charity supporting autistic people to live fulfilling and independent lives. We are looking to recruit dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our residential services in the Sunderland area. Could this be you?

Our priority is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes. Previous experience or qualifications are not essential. If you are caring, reliable and committed to making a positive difference, we will provide the training and support you need to become an excellent Support Worker.

No. 8 The Cedars is a long-term residential service that supports autistic people of varying ages, many of whom experience sensory differences and additional support needs.

Several of the people who live at No. 8 have been part of the ESPA community since leaving school, with some sharing their home and support network for many years. As a team, we are committed to creating a warm, welcoming and homely environment where each person is valued, respected and supported to achieve their goals and aspirations.
