Job Introduction
Our Data & Insights team at Diabetes UK empowers the organisation to make informed, impactful decisions that improve outcomes for people living with diabetes. We are also guardians of our customer data (donors, healthcare professionals and people at risk of, or living with, diabetes) owning the scope of what data we collect, why we collect it and how we use it. Join us as our Data & Insight Transformation Lead at Diabetes UK leading the transformation of how we build a better and richer understanding of our customers.
This is a highly influential and impactful role within our newly created Data & Insights team and an active member of its leadership team as well a key business partner with IT. If you passionate about making a difference to people’s healthcare outcomes and you are looking for an exciting new opportunity to bring your expertise and experience in change management, project management, customer centricity and development of data-systems for analysis and modelling to a forward-looking organisation we want to hear from you.
Now that we have a new CRM live (D365, June 2025) we are refreshing our customer data strategy. You will be pivotal in bringing the organisation along the journey by project managing several strategic workstreams and implementing the required processes and change management programmes to ensure we are best in class in building sticky relationships with our customers. You will be across the organisation to ensure we have best in class customer data (propriety and 3rd party) ingested into our new data hub, that we have efficient Master Data Management processes and that our customer data is readily accessible in our CRM system and analytical data hub. With a passion for continuous improvement, making things happen and the ability to “join the dots” you will be a key player in our ambition to link several systems to create a single source of truth and that will also result a smoother customer experience at sign-up/registration and increased customer loyalty
