  • Coordinating and delivering project work, group sessions, and wellbeing activities.
  • Championing and managing volunteers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Building relationships with external partners and maintaining referral pathways.
  • Responding to safeguarding concerns and managing risks in line with policy.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Experience working with vulnerable people, ideally refugees or asylum seekers.
  • Excellent communication skills, including working with interpreters.
  • Confidence in advocating for service users and navigating support systems.
