We’re looking for a Young Person’s Practitioner for our West Berkshire Service

As a Young Person’s Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred drug and alcohol support to young people and their families, carers and significant others. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, community partners and key stakeholders, you will provide early intervention, prevention, harm reduction and evidence based psychosocial interventions to promote positive outcomes, resilience and wellbeing. You will play a key role in safeguarding young people, reducing risk-taking behaviours and supporting access to education, employment and wider health services. We are looking for a compassionate and proactive individual with experience of working with young people or within substance misuse services, who is committed to delivering safe, effective and inclusive care.
