Wellbeing Development Officer

Permanent (funding currently for three years)

22.5 hours a week

£27,000 pro rata (actual salary £14,418 per annum)

Working from community venues initially in Cheadle and potentially extending across the Moorlands, with office base available in Leek and some home working. (Remote working space available at MyActive Cheadle working alongside their Active Wellbeing Coach)

Could you share your knowledge and use your skills to provide holistic support through education, encouraging behaviour change, and community connection, to help address low level anxiety?

You will benefit from experience of involvement in mental health and wellbeing-based projects and initiatives, particularly those targeted at ‘excluded’ populations experiencing the highest levels of health and care inequalities.

However, we are more interested in your passion and energy to make a difference, as full training will be provided.
