We’re looking for two Weekend Support Workers to join our community team and help us support people who have experienced homelessness to rebuild their lives.
As a Weekend Support Worker, you’ll work alongside our companions (residents), offering practical and emotional support, encouragement and guidance. You’ll help create a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where people can grow in confidence, develop skills, improve wellbeing and move towards greater independence.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who shares our values of respect, solidarity and empowerment, and who enjoys building positive relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
You may have experience in homelessness, mental health, social care, substance misuse or another support setting – but above all, you’ll bring compassion, resilience and a person-centred approach.
If you’d like to be part of a community helping people gain stability, purpose and a fresh start, we’d love to hear from you.
