We're looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our residential service in Seaton, Devon, working 10 hours per week (Tuesday, 10PM–8AM) and offering £13.00 per hour + night allowance

With the seafront just minutes away, our Seaton service supports 6 adults with Learning Disabilities to live the life they choose. In this role, you'll be the key presence overnight providing calm, attentive support and ensuring the people we support feel comfortable and well cared for through the night.

This is a lone working role, with sleep-in staff available on site for emergency assistance.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Calm and reassuring, with good judgement in lone working situations.
  • Caring, empathetic and reliable.
  • Passionate about supporting people with complex disabilities to live fulfilled lives.
  • Willing to attend training as needed.

Your nights might include supporting people with:

  • Personal care and wellbeing.
  • Medication support.
  • Overnight safety and comfort.
  • Everyday tasks as needed.
