The role of Volunteer Coordinator is a vital position with a key part to play in supporting and strengthening RSABI’s work across Scotland. Volunteers are central to the charity’s ability to deliver impact, from community activity and awareness‑raising to campaigning and engagement. The successful applicant will lead the recruitment, coordination and ongoing support of RSABI’s nationwide volunteer network, with particular responsibility for the development and delivery of the Plough On initiative. The role will work closely with colleagues across RSABI, particularly Welfare, Fundraising and Communications, as well as external partners, to ensure volunteers are well supported, valued and able to contribute effectively to the charity’s aims.
